On Arrival: Home cured olives with sun-dried tomato baguette
1st Course: Seared salmon, toasted cauliflower, pine nuts and basil creme
2nd Course: Risotto of lemon and organic chicken, new season olive oil and pangratto
3rd Course: Confit duck leg, orange and ginger sauce, panko potato
4th course: Grilled springbok, smoked bone marrow, port and anise reduction
5th course: Chocolate and rosemary ice cream, orange and mint salad
